रायपुर | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | नदी-नालों व पहाड़ी रास्तों को पार कर स्वास्थ्य अमले ने नारायणपुर जिले में घने जंगलों और पहाड़ों के बीच बसे ओरछा विकासखंड के लंका, पदमेटा, कारंगुल, हांदावाड़ा और रासमेटा गांव पहुंचकर मलेरिया की जांच के साथ ही स्केबीज और मोतियाबिंद की भी स्क्रीनिंग की। मलेरिया मुक्त छत्तीसगढ़ अभियान के अंतर्गत स्वास्थ्य विभाग की टीम अबूझमाड़ के घने जंगलों और दुर्गम क्षेत्रों में मलेरिया की जांच करने पहुंची है।

नारायणपुर की ओर से पहुंचविहीन होने के कारण टीम लंबा रास्ता तय कर बीजापुर और दंतेवाड़ा जिला के रास्ते इन गांवों तक पहुंची। टीम ने लंका और हांदावाड़ा में मलेरिया जांच के साथ ही शिविर लगाकर 1500 लोगों का इलाज भी किया। नारायणपुर जिले में मलेरिया मुक्त छत्तीसगढ़ अभियान के छटवें चरण का शत-प्रतिशत लक्ष्य हासिल कर लिया गया है। इस दौरान वहां एक लाख 42 हजार लोगों की मलेरिया जांच की गई।

मलेरिया मुक्त छत्तीसगढ़ अभियान के तहत मलेरिया की जांच करने स्वास्थ्य विभाग की टीम लंका और हांदावाड़ा क्षेत्र में नारायणपुर जिले के अबूझ कहे जाने वाले ओरछा विकासखंड (अबूझमाड़) के धुर नक्सल प्रभावित, घने जंगलों एवं पहाड़ों को पगडंडियों के सहारे पार करते हुए लंका, पदमेटा, कारंगुल और रासमेटा गांव पहुंची। रास्ता न होने के कारण टीम को बीजापुर जिला होते हुए वहां तक पहुंचना पड़ा।

खण्ड चिकित्सा अधिकारी (बीएमओ) डॉ. सुखराम डोरपा के नेतृत्व में सहयोगी डॉक्टरों डॉ. अनुराधा नेताम और डॉ. श्यामबर सिंह के साथ स्टॉफ नर्स कु. सरस्वती दुग्गा ने शिविर लगाकर ग्रामीणों का स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने मलेरिया, स्केबीज और मोतियाबिंद की स्क्रीनिंग कर अन्य बीमारियों की भी जांच की। उन्होंने दवाईयां और आवश्यक स्वास्थ्य परामर्श भी दिया।

हांदावाड़ा और लंका नारायणपुर जिले के ऐसे बीहड़ एवं दुर्गम गांव हैं जहां जाने के लिए बीजापुर और दंतेवाड़ा की ओर से नदी-नालों को पार कर पहुंचना होता है। बारिश के दिनों में वहां स्थितियां और भी गंभीर होती है। स्वास्थ्य विभाग की टीम इसी मार्ग के जरिए इन गांवों में पहुंची और ग्रामीणों का स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण कर उन्हें आवश्यकतानुसार जीवनरक्षक दवाईयां निःशुल्क वितरित कीं।

मलेरिया मुक्त छत्तीसगढ़ अभियान के छटवें चरण में 17 मई से 16 जून तक नारायणपुर जिले में एक लाख 42 हजार लोगों की मलेरिया जांच की गई। इनमें से पॉजिटिव पाए गए 2566 लोगों का मौके पर ही इलाज शुरू किया गया। स्वास्थ्य विभाग की टीम ने इस दौरान कुल साढ़े 25 हजार घरों, स्कूलों, आश्रमों, छात्रावासों, पोटा-केबिनों और अर्द्ध-सैनिक बलों के कैंपों में पहुंचकर मलेरिया की जांच की। स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण में 234 लोग टीबी से ग्रस्त पाए गए तथा 181 लोगों की बलगम की जांच के लिए सैंपल लिया गया। मोतियाबिंद स्क्रीनिंग में 730 लोगों ने कम दिखाई देना बताया।

नारायणपुर के कलेक्टर श्री ऋतुराज रघुवंशी ने बताया कि मलेरिया मुक्त छत्तीसगढ़ अभियान के अंतर्गत जांच का शत-प्रतिशत लक्ष्य हासिल कर लिया गया है। लेकिन जिले में यह अभियान अभी चलता रहेगा। लक्ष्य के अतिरिक्त भी लोगों की मलेरिया जांच की जाएगी। ओरछा विकासखंड के अबूझमाड़ क्षेत्र में जहां घना जंगल और पहाड़ से घिरा क्षेत्र है, वहां हम प्राथमिकता से पहुंच रहे हैं।

जिले में प्रशिक्षित स्वास्थ्य कार्यकताओं के साथ मितानिनें और आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ता मलेरिया की सघन जांच कर रही हैं। मलेरिया के साथ ही वे स्केबीज, मोतियाबिंद, टीबी, दाद-खाज-खुजली, सर्दी, खांसी सहित अन्य बीमारियों की भी जांच कर रही हैं।

Handwara and Lanka are such rugged and inaccessible villages of Narayanpur district where one has to cross the rivers and streams from Bijapur and Dantewada side. The conditions are even more severe there during the rainy season. The team of Health Department reached these villages through this route and after conducting health check-up of the villagers, distributed life saving medicines free of cost to them.

In the sixth phase of Malaria Free Chhattisgarh Abhiyan, from May 17 to June 16, one lakh 42 thousand people were tested for malaria in Narayanpur district. Out of these, 2566 people found positive were started on the spot. During this period, the team of Health Department checked malaria by reaching a total of 25 thousand houses, schools, ashrams, hostels, pota-cabins and para-military forces camps. In the health test, 234 people were found to be suffering from TB and 181 people were sampled for sputum test. 730 people reported reduced vision in cataract screening.

Narayanpur Collector Rituraj Raghuvanshi informed that cent percent target of investigation has been achieved under Malaria Free Chhattisgarh Abhiyan. But this campaign will continue in the district for now. Apart from the target, people will also be tested for malaria. In the Abujhmad area of ​​Orchha block, where there is a dense forest and mountainous area, we are reaching there on priority.

Mitanins and Anganwadi workers along with trained health workers in the district are conducting intensive screening for malaria. Along with malaria, she is also investigating other diseases including scabies, cataract, tuberculosis, herpes-scabies-itch, cold, cough.
