बिलासपुर | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | केंद्रीय जेल बिलासपुर में हुई कैदी छोटेलाल यादव का मौत मामला तूल पकड़ता जा रहा है। आबकारी विभाग अधिकारी कर्मचारियों पर परिजन ने कई गंभीर आरोप लगाए हैं। रविवार को छोटे लाल यादव का मजिस्ट्रेट उपस्थिति में पोस्टमार्टम कराया जाना था लेकिन परिजन मुआवजा और दोषियों पर कार्रवाई की बात को लेकर अड़े रहे। बाद मे समझाइस के बाद परिजन माने और मृतक का पोस्टमार्टम किया गाया।
केंद्रीय जेल बिलासपुर में कैदी की मौत मामले में परिजन ने आबकारी विभाग पर गंभीर आरोप लगाए हैं। आबकारी अमले ने सोमवार को पचपेड़ी क्षेत्र के चिल्हाटी से छोटे लाल यादव को 20 लीटर महुआ शराब के साथ गिरफ्तार किया था। जबकि परिजन का कहना है कि फर्जी रिपोर्ट बनाकर उसके भाई के साथ मारपीट की गई थी।

सीएसपी सिविल लाइन मंजू लता बाज, कोतवाली और सिविल लाइन थाना प्रभारी समेत जेल और पुलिस के अधिकारियों की मौजूदगी में मृतक छोटे लाल यादव का पीएम किया गया। जेल विभाग नें पोस्टमार्टम का बकायदा वीडियोग्राफी भी कराया।
गौरतलब है की 10 मई को आबकारी विभाग के अधिकारियों ने पचपेड़ी क्षेत्र के चिल्हाटी में रहने वाले छोटेलाल के यहां दबिश दी थी और वहां से 20 लीटर महुआ शराब जप्त किया था। जबकि परिजनों का कहना है कि आबकारी विभाग के अधिकारी कर्मचारियों ने फर्जी रिपोर्ट बनाकर छोटेलाल यादव को गलत ढंग के मामले में आरोपी बनाया है

रविवार को मजिस्ट्रेट और पुलिस अधिकारियों की उपस्थिति में मृतक छोटे लाल यादव के परिजनों को समझाइस दी गयी। परिजन का कहना है कि आबकारी विभाग के अधिकारियों नहीं छोटेलाल के साथ मारपीट की गंभीर चोट होने के कारण जेल में छोटेलाल की मौत हुई है। सिविल लाइन थाना प्रभारी नें कहां की पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट के बाद आगे की कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
घटना को लेकर परिजन में आक्रोश है। अधिकारियों ने परिजन को समझाइश भी दी लेकिन मृतक के परिजन का कहना है कि मामले में दोषियों पर कड़ी से कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाए। अधिकारियो के आश्वासन के बाद परिजन मान गए।
