बस्तर | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | नक्सलियों को बारूद सप्लाई करने वाले गिरोह के 9 सदस्यों को बस्तर पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार करने में सफलता प्राप्त की है। पकड़े गए आरोपियों से बस्तर पुलिस ने बड़ी मात्रा में तबाही का सामान भी बरामद किया है। मुखबिर की सूचना के बाद बस्तर पुलिस ने जांच अभियान चलाकर मिलिशिया सदस्यों व सहयोगियों को दबोचा है।
पत्थर खदान में काम करने वाला एक ब्लास्टर इन विस्फोटकों को चोरी कर जमा करता था और फिर उसे नक्सलियों को बेच देता था। इससे पहले भी वह माओवादी संगठन तक बारूद पहुंचा चुका है। बारूद विक्रेताओं की लापरवाही की वजह से ही विस्फोटक सामान नक्सलियों तक पहुंच रहा है।
एसपी जितेंद्र मीणा ने बताया कि शुक्रवार को बस्तर पुलिस ने माओवादी संगठन की सप्लाई चैन से जुड़े 9 लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया है। आरोपियों में कुछ नक्सल संगठन से जुड़े हुए हैं। सभी विस्फोटक सामान लेकर बीजापुर जा रहे थे। मुखबिर से मिली सूचना के आधार पर कोडेनार थानाक्षेत्र के बास्तानार और काकलुर मार्ग पर चेकपोस्ट लगाया गया था। तभी एक बोलेरो क्रमांक- सीजी 17 डी 1565 को रोका गया।
वाहन की जांच करने पर बूस्टर 83 एमएम 9 नग, कोर्डेक्स वायर 2 बंडल, डेटोनेटर 13 नग, सेफ्टी फ्यूज 3.5 मीटर, एक्सल वायर 31 नग डेटोनेटर लगा हुआ बरामद किया गया है। सभी आरोपियों के खिलाफ धारा 38, 39 (2) एवं विस्फोटक पदार्थ अधिनियम की धारा 4 एवं 5 के तहत केस दर्ज कर जेल भेज दिया गया है।
पुलिस की पूछताछ में हुआ बड़ा खुलासा
गिरफ्तार आरोपियों से पूछताछ की गई तब चौकाने वाले खुलासे हुए। इन आरोपियों में से एक आरोपी स्थानीय पत्थर खदान में ब्लास्टर है। वह विस्फोट कर चट्टान तोड़ने का काम करता था। ब्लास्टिंग के बाद बचा हुआ बारूद सप्लायर कंपनी को वापस करना होता है, लेकिन यह उसे चोरी कर अपने पास रख लेता था।
बारूद सप्लाई करने वाले सप्लायर के कर्मचारी भी रजिस्ट्रर में खपत दर्शाकर रिकॉर्ड पूरा कर लेते थे। ब्लास्टर चोरी किए गए बारूद को बीजापुर क्षेत्र में सक्रिय माओवादियों को बेच देता था। वह पहले भी नक्सलियों तक विस्फोटक पहुंचाया जा चुका है।
पूछताछ पर बीजापुर से पकड़े गये कोसो उर्फ कोसा कवासी थाना जांगला अंतर्गत माटवाड़ा का जनमिलिशिया सदस्य एवं रामेश्वर पुजारी नक्सलियों के लिए विस्फोटक एवं अन्य सामानों का सप्लायर है। अनंतराम जायसवाल, बालसिंह तामू, बबलू मरकाम, मंगलू राम कुहरामी और मनीराम काफी समय से नक्सल गतिविधियों में संलिप्त हैं।
माओवादियों तक पहुंच रहा बारूद
बस्तर में लंबे समय से माओवादी विस्फोटकों का उपयोग कर रहे हैं। रायपुर व दुर्ग जिले के बारूद सप्लायरों द्वारा गौण खनिज के खदानों को विस्फोटकों की आपूर्ति की जाती है, लेकिन यह विस्फोटक नक्सलियों तक पहुंच रहा है। इससे पहले भी माओवादियों तक बारुद पहुंचाने की घटनाओं का खुलासा हो चुका है, लेकिन सप्लायर नियम-कानून को ताक पर रखकर खदानों तक बारूद पहुंचा रहे हैं।
कई खदानें बंद हैं, लेकिन दूसरे खदानों के नाम से बारुद मंगवाकर कहीं और उपयोग किया जा रहा है। बस्तर एसपी जितेंद्र मीणा ने कहा कि जिले के सभी थानेदारों कहा गया है कि अपने क्षेत्र की खदानों में विस्फोटक और उसके उपयोग की जानकारी निकालें। बारूद सप्लायरों के रिकॉर्ड की भी जांच करें। उन्होंने कहा कि बारुद का बैच नंबर से यह पता लगाया जाएगा कि बारूद कंपनी से इसे किस सप्लायर को अलाट किया गया था।

9 Naxal allies caught by Bastar police while supplying gunpowder to Maoists

SP Jitendra Meena said that on Friday, the Bastar police arrested 9 people related to the supply chain of the Maoist organization. Some of the accused are associated with Naxal organizations. All were going to Bijapur carrying explosives. On the basis of information received from the informer, a checkpost was put up at Bastanar and Kaklur road under Kodenar police station area. Then a Bolero number – CG 17 D 1565 was intercepted.
On examination of the vehicle, Booster 83 mm 9 Nos., Cordex Wire 2 Bundle, Detonator 13 Nos., Safety Fuse 3.5 Meter, Axle Wire 31 Nos with Detonator have been found. A case has been registered against all the accused under sections 38, 39 (2) and sections 4 and 5 of the Explosive Substances Act and sent to jail.
Big disclosure in police interrogation
When the arrested accused were interrogated, shocking revelations were made. One of these accused is a blaster in a local stone quarry. He used to do the work of breaking rocks by blasting. The ammunition left after blasting has to be returned to the supplier company, but it used to steal it and keep it with itself.
The employees of the supplier of gunpowder also used to complete the record by showing consumption in the register. The blaster used to sell the stolen gunpowder to the Maoists operating in the Bijapur area. He has already delivered explosives to the Naxalites.
On interrogation, Koso alias Kosa, who was arrested from Bijapur under Kawasi police station Jangla, a member of the mass militia of Matwara and Rameshwar Pujari, is a supplier of explosives and other items to the Naxalites. Anantram Jaiswal, Balsingh Tamu, Bablu Markam, Mangalu Ram Kuhrami and Mani Ram are involved in Naxal activities for a long time.
gunpowder reaching the Maoists
Maoists have been using explosives in Bastar for a long time. Explosives are supplied to the mines of minor minerals by the gunpowder suppliers of Raipur and Durg districts, but this explosive is reaching the Naxalites. Even before this, incidents of supply of gunpowder to the Maoists have been exposed, but the suppliers are transporting gunpowder to the mines by ignoring the rules and regulations.
Many mines are closed, but gunpowder is being ordered in the name of other mines and is being used elsewhere. Bastar SP Jitendra Meena said that all the Thanedars of the district have been asked to get information about explosives and its use in the mines of their area. Also check the records of ammo suppliers. He said that from the batch number of gunpowder it would be ascertained to which supplier it was allotted from the gunpowder company.
