रायपुर | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | मंत्री टीएस सिंहदेव के इस्तीफे पर छत्तीसगढ़ विधानसभा के मॉनसून सत्र के दूसरे दिन भी हंगामा जारी रहा। विपक्ष ने सदन में मंत्री टीएस सिंहदेव की अनुपस्थिति और उनके विभाग से संबंधित प्रश्न पर मंत्री मोहम्मद अकबर द्वारा जवाब दिए जाने पर प्रदेश सरकार को घेरा। प्रश्नकाल शुरू होते ही भाजपा विधायक अजय चंद्राकर ने कहा कि पंचायत विभाग का प्रश्न है और पंचायत मंत्री इस्तीफा दे चुके हैं क्या? विधानसभा अध्यक्ष डॉ. चरणदास महंत ने कहा, मंत्री सदन में मौजूद नहीं हैं। उनकी जगह पर उन्होंने अधिकृत किया है। इसके बाद भाजपा विधायकों का हंगामा शुरू हो गया।

भाजपा विधायक अजय चंद्राकर ने कहा कि जो व्यक्ति इस्तीफा दे चुका है, वह अधिकृत कैसे कर सकता है। इस पर अध्यक्ष महंत ने कहा कि उनका इस्तीफा अभी मंजूर नहीं हुआ है। रविंद्र चौबे ने कहा कि मंत्री ने अपने पत्र में इस्तीफा शब्द का उपयोग किया ही नहीं किया है।

इस पर नेता प्रतिपक्ष धरमलाल कौशिक ने कहा कि इस मामले का निपटारा होना चाहिए, मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल भी यहां हैं। उनका जवाब आना चाहिए। इसके बाद पूर्व सीएम डॉ. रमन सिंह ने प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना पर सवाल उठाए। इस प्रश्न पर खूब हंगामा हुआ। उसके बाद भाजपा ने सदन से वॉक आउट कर दिया।

विधायक बोले -पिकअप नहीं पकड़ रही शराब

विधानसभा में विधायक नारायण चंदेल ने शराब में मिलावट और शराब की अवैध बिक्री को लेकर सवाल पूछा। उन्होंने कहा कि जांजगीर-चांपा में पियक्कड़ों का एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल उनसे मिला था। उन लोगों ने कहा कि शराब पिकअप नहीं पकड़ रही है। सदन में इस मामले में हंसी-ठिठोली भी हुई।

आबकारी मंत्री कवासी लखमा ने जवाब में कहा कि जांजगीर-चांपा में शिकायत मिली थी और वहां कार्रवाई की गई है। सब इंस्पेक्टर को निलंबित किया गया है। रायगढ़ में 5 शिकायतें थीं। वहां प्लेसमेंट एजेंसी को हटा दिया गया है। इंस्पेक्टर स्तर के अधिकारी को निलंबित किया गया है। जांच की जरूरत नहीं है।

In the assembly, MLA Narayan Chandel asked a question regarding adulteration of liquor and illegal sale of liquor. He said that a delegation of drunkards had met him at Janjgir-Champa. Those people said that the liquor is not catching the pickup. There was laughter in the House on this matter.
