नई दिल्ली | [कोर्ट बुलेटिन] | आर्यन खान ड्रग्स क्रूज मामले में शुक्रवार को बड़ा फैसला आया। मामले की जांच कर रही नार्कोटिक्स कंट्रोल ब्यूरो ने खान को क्लीन चिट दे दी है। इधर, वकील उज्जवल निकम ने भी कहा कि इस मामले में एनसीबी की पहली टीम से चूक हुई है। खास बात है कि मामले में कार्रवाई करने वाले एजेंसी के पूर्व प्रमुख समीर वानखेड़े के पास कहने के लिए कुछ भी नहीं है। वानखेड़े ने ही बीते साल क्रूज पर छापामार कार्रवाई की अगुवाई की थी।
मीडिया रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, खान के क्लीन चिट मिलने के बाद वानखेड़े सवालों से बचते हुए नजर आए। मीडिया रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, उन्होंने कहा, ‘माफ करें, मेरे पास कहने के लिए कुछ नहीं है। मैं एनसीबी में नहीं हूं, जाकर एनसीबी के अधिकारियों से बात करें।’ खास बात है कि मामला सामने आने के बाद महाराष्ट्र में जमकर विवाद खड़ा हो गया था।
शुक्रवार को एनसीबी ने क्रूज पर ड्रग्स मामले में 6 हजार पन्नों का आरोपपत्र दाखिल किया और आर्यन खान को क्लीन चिट दे दी। खान उन 23 लोगों में शामिल थे, जिन्हें बीते साल अक्टूबर में कॉर्डीलिया क्रूज शिप पर रेड के दौरान गिरफ्तार किया गया था।
मीडिया ने 2 मार्च की खास रिपोर्ट में बताया था कि एजेंसी को ऐसा कोई सबूत नहीं मिला है, जो यह बताए कि आर्यन खान ड्रग्स साजिश या अंतरराष्ट्रीय ड्रग्स सिंडीकेट का हिस्सा हैं। यह मामला उस वक्त विवादों में आ गया था, जब यह आरोप सामने आए थे कि खान को मामले में फंसाया गया है और जबरन वसूली की कोशिश की गई थी।
इसके बाद संजय सिंह की अगुवाई में स्पेशल इन्वेस्टिगेशन टीम ने दोबारा जांच की और पाया कि खान के खिलाफ मामला बनाने के लिए पर्याप्त सबूत नहीं हैं। 6 नवंबर को जांच की कमान संभालने वाली SIT को पता चला कि खान के पास कभी भी ड्रग्स नहीं थे और ऐसे में उनका फोन लेने और चैट्स की जांच करने की जरूरत नहीं है।
यह भी सामने आया कि चैट्स से पता नहीं चलता कि खान किसी अंतरराष्ट्रीय सिंडिकेट का हिस्सा हैं। साथ ही NCB के मैनुअल के हिसाब से रेड की वीडियो रिकॉर्डिंग नहीं की गई थी और गिरफ्तार हुए अलग-अलग आरोपियों से मिले ड्रग्स को एक बरामदगी दिखाई गई थी।

I am not in NCB, go and talk to NCB officials. The special thing is that after the matter came to light, there was a lot of controversy in Maharashtra.
On Friday, the NCB filed a charge sheet of 6000 pages in the drugs case on Cruise and gave a clean chit to Aryan Khan. Khan was among 23 people who were arrested in October last year during a raid on the Cordelia cruise ship.
The media had reported in a special report dated March 2 that the agency had found no evidence to suggest that Aryan Khan was part of a drug conspiracy or an international drug syndicate. The matter came into controversy after allegations emerged that Khan had been implicated in the case and that extortion attempts were made.
Thereafter, the Special Investigation Team led by Sanjay Singh re-examined and found that there was insufficient evidence to build a case against Khan. On November 6, the SIT, which took over the charge of the investigation, found out that Khan had never been in possession of drugs and there was no need to take his phone and check the chats.
It also emerged that the chats did not reveal that Khan was part of any international syndicate. Also, as per the NCB’s manual, the raid was not video-recorded and a seizure was shown of drugs recovered from different arrested accused.
