चेन्नई | [कोर्ट बुलेटिन] | मद्रास हाईकोर्ट से तमिलनाडु में AIADMK पर वर्चस्व की जंग लड़ रहे पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री ओ. पनीरसेल्वम को बड़ा झटका लगा है। दरअसल, मद्रास हाईकोर्ट द्वारा जनरल काउंसिल की बैठक की मंजूरी मिलने के बाद एडप्पादी के. पलानीस्वामी को AIADMK का अंतरिम महासचिव चुन लिया गया। बैठक में AIADMK जनरल काउंसिल ने महासचिव पद को फिर से स्थापित करने और पार्टी के प्राथमिक सदस्यों द्वारा पद के लिए एक व्यक्ति का चुनाव सुनिश्चित करने के लिए प्रस्ताव पारित किया है। चुनाव 4 महीने बाद होगा।
इसके अलावा बैठक में पार्टी के दोहरे नेतृत्व को खत्म करने और पार्टी के लिए उप महासचिव पद सृजित करने का प्रस्ताव पारित किया। बता दें कि आज सुबह पनीरसेल्वम को उस समय झटका लगा जब मद्रास हाईकोर्ट ने बैठक की मंजूरी दे दी। इस फैसला के बाद ही उनकी हार तय मानी जा रही थी।
पनीरसेल्वम पार्टी की प्राथमिक सदस्यता से निलंबित
AIADMK जनरल काउंसिल की बैठक में ओ पनीरसेल्वम को पार्टी की प्राथमिक सदस्यता और कोषाध्यक्ष के पद से निष्कासित कर दिया गया। पन्नीरसेल्वम के समर्थक भी निष्कासित किए गए हैं।
एमजीआर और जयललिता को भारत रत्न देने का प्रस्ताव
AIADMK की आम परिषद की बैठक में पेरियार, एमजी रामचंद्रन (एमजीआर) और जे जयललिता को भारत रत्न देने की मांग का प्रस्ताव पारित किया गया। बता दें कि ई पलानीस्वामी की अध्यक्षता में अन्नाद्रमुक आम परिषद की बैठक में 16 प्रस्तावों के पारित होने की उम्मीद है।
पनीरसेल्वम समर्थकों ने की तोड़फोड़
वहीं हाईकोर्ट का फैसला आते ही पनीरसेल्वम समर्थकों ने ई पलानीस्वामी के नेतृत्व में पार्टी की आम परिषद की बैठक से पहले अन्नाद्रमुक कार्यालय का दरवाजा तोड़ दिया। इसके अलावा समर्थकों ने सड़क पर भी नारेबाजी की। हांलांकि विरोध के बावजूद AIADMK नेता पलानीस्वामी बैठक के लिए अपने आवास से रवाना हो गए। बड़ी संख्या में पार्टी कार्यकर्ता उनके स्वागत के लिए रास्ते में एकत्र हुए।
पनीरसेल्वम की याचिका खारिज
वहीं इससे पहले तमिलनाडु के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री पनीरसेल्वम की याचिका को खारिज करते हुए मद्रास हाईकोर्ट ने आज होने वाली AIADMK आम परिषद की बैठक के लिए हरी झंडी दे दी । बता दें कि पनीरसेल्वम ने बैठक को रोकने के लिए हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दी थी जिसमें अंतरिम महासचिव पद को पुनर्जीवित करने और समन्वयक के साथ-साथ संयुक्त समन्वयक पदों को समाप्त करने का प्रस्ताव था।
साथ काम करना मुश्किल: मुनुसामी
बता दें कि अन्नाद्रमुक (AIADMK) के वरिष्ठ नेता के.पी. मुनुसामी ने शनिवार को ओ.पनीरसेल्वम आरोप लगाते हुए कहा था कि पार्टी कोषाध्यक्ष ओ.पनीरसेल्वम ने सत्तारूढ़ द्रमुक से नजदीकी बना ली है और अब उनके साथ किसी भी तरह का संबंध रखना असंभव है। मुनुसामी ने कहा कि पनीरसेल्वम द्रमुक शासन का पक्ष ले रहे हैं और जब वह सत्तारूढ़ दल की प्रशंसा करेंगे तो इससे अलगाव की स्थिति उत्पन्न होगी।

AIADMK general council meeting passed a resolution demanding Bharat Ratna for Periyar, MG Ramachandran (MGR) and J Jayalalithaa. The AIADMK General Council meeting chaired by E Palaniswami is expected to pass 16 resolutions.
Panneerselvam supporters ransacked
At the same time, as soon as the High Court’s decision came, Panneerselvam supporters led by E Palaniswami broke the door of the AIADMK office before the general council meeting of the party. Panneerselvam’s plea dismissed

Munusamy said Panneerselvam is favoring the DMK regime and when he praises the ruling party, it will lead to alienation.
