गुरुग्राम | [हरियाणा बुलेटिन] | हरियाणा के मानेसर में गुरुवार को हिंदू संगठनों की ओर से एक महापंचायत हुई, जिसमें फार्मा कंपनी हमदर्द लैबोरेट्रीज में “हिंदुओं” को 50 फीसदी आरक्षण देने की मांग की गई। इस पंचायत में मौजूद लोगों ने यूनानी फार्मा कंपनी पर रोजगार देने के मामले में पक्षपात करने के आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि “हिंदुओं” को मौके नहीं दिए जाते। पंचायत में मौजूद लोगों ने आरोप लगाया कि “हिंदू” किसानों से अधिग्रहण की गई जमीन पर ही फैक्ट्री बनी है और उसने ट्रस्ट के नाम पर सरकार से तमाम छूट भी हासिल की हैं। इसके बाद भी किसी स्थानीय “हिंदू” व्यक्ति को कोई नौकरी नहीं मिली।
यही नहीं पंचायत के बाद स्थानीय प्रशासन को इस मांग को लेकर ज्ञापन सौंपा गया है। इस ज्ञापन में कहा गया है कि यदि 50 फीसदी आरक्षण की मांग को पूरा नहीं किया जाता है तो फिर हम फैक्ट्री को ही बंद करा देंगे। द ट्रिब्यून के मुताबिक पंचायत में मौजूद मानेसर के पूर्व सरपंच रामअवतार ने कहा, ‘मानेसर के किसानों ने ही इन फैक्ट्रियों को लगाने के लिए अपनी जमीन दी थी। हमदर्द वैकेंसी निकलती हैं और कोई स्थानीय व्यक्ति योग्य होते हुए अप्लाई करता है तो उसे कभी मौका ही नहीं दिया जाता। हम चाहते हैं कि प्रशासन खुद फैक्ट्री में जाकर देखे कि यहां कोई भी “हिंदू” व्यक्ति काम नहीं करता है।’
एक अन्य स्थानीय व्यक्ति ने कहा कि हम चाहते हैं कि कंपनी में लोगों को भर्ती करने के तरीके और उनके प्रोफाइल की जांच की जाए। वहीं मानेसर के डीसीपी महावीर सिंह ने कहा कि महापंचायत के बाद इलाके में कानून-व्यवस्था पूरी तरह से दुरुस्त है और पुलिस यह सुनिश्चित करने का प्रयास कर रही है कि इलाके में शांति बनी रहे।
बता दें कि हरियाणा सरकार ने भी पिछले दिनों राज्य के लोगों को निजी संस्थाओं की नौकरियों में 75 फीसदी आरक्षण दिलाने का ऐलान किया था। इसे लेकर कुछ कंपनियों ने ऐतराज भी जताया था।

The people present in the panchayat alleged that the factory was built on the land acquired from “Hindu” farmers and it had also got all the exemptions from the government in the name of trust. Even after this no local “Hindu” person got any job.
Not only this, after the panchayat, a memorandum has been submitted to the local administration regarding this demand. It has been said in this memorandum that if the demand for 50 percent reservation is not met, then we will shut down the factory itself. According to The Tribune, Ramavatar, the former sarpanch of Manesar, who was present in the panchayat, said, “It was the farmers of Manesar who had given their land to set up these factories. Hamdard Vacancy comes out and if a local person who is qualified applies then he is never given a chance. We want the administration itself to go to the factory and see that no “Hindu” person works here.’
Another local said that we want the company to investigate the way people are recruited and their profiles. On the other hand, Manesar DCP Mahavir Singh said that after the mahapanchayat, law and order in the area is completely fine and the police is trying to ensure that peace is maintained in the area.
Let us inform that the Haryana government had also recently announced to provide 75 percent reservation to the people of the state in the jobs of private institutions. Some companies had also objected to this.
