रायपुर | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | नवा रायपुर में किसानों का आंदोलन 165 दिनों से जारी है। जिला प्रशासन ने किसानों के पंडाल को दूसरी बार उखाड़ दिया है, जिससे आक्रोश भड़क गया है। किसानों का कहना है कि सरकार तानाशाही पर उतर आई है, लेकिन हम पीछे हटने वाले नहीं हैं। जब तक हमारी मांगें नहीं मानी जाएंगी हमारा आंदोलन जारी रहेगा। पंडाल तोड़ने से आक्रोशित किसान एनआरडीएफ दफ्तर में बैठ गए हैं।
जिला प्रशासन की कार्रवाई के बाद किसान नेता राकेश टिकैत ने हरिद्वार से वीडियो संदेश भी जारी किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि किसानों को परेशान न करें। समस्या का समाधान बातचीत करके निकालें। जब तक मांगें पूरी नहीं होगी किसान हटेंगे नहीं। उन्होंने किसानों से कहा है कि अगर वे फिर पंडाल तोड़ेंगे तो उनके बिल्डिंगों के सामने धरना शुरू करें।
बता दें कि नई राजधानी प्रभावित किसान कल्याण समिति के बैनर तले 27 गांवों के किसान 8 सूत्रीय मांगों को लेकर पिछले 165 दिनों से आंदोलन कर रहे हैं। मांगों को पूरा करने मंत्रिमंडलीय उप समिति व सीएस की अध्यक्षता में कई दौर के वार्ता भी हो चुकी है, लेकिन अब तक कोई रास्ता नहीं निकल पाया है।
सरकार 8 में से 6 मांगों को पूरा करने की बात कहती है, लेकिन किसान इसे छलावा बताते हुए अब भी आंदोलन पर डटे हुए हैं। किसान दो बार मंत्रालय घेरने निकले थे, लेकिन पुलिस ने उन्हें रास्ते में रोक लिया। 11 मार्च को एक किसान सियाराम पटेल की तबीयत बिगड़ गई और उसकी मौत हो गई। वहीं भारतीय किसान यूनियन के नेता राकेश टिकैत किसानों के आंदोलन में 27 व 28 अप्रैल को शामिल हुए थे।
इससे पहले 24 अप्रैल को किसानों के पंडाल को जिला प्रशासन ने एनआरडीए परिसर से हटा दिया और सामानों को जब्त कर लिया था। इसके बाद किसानों ने कयाबांधा के आम बगीचा को अपना नया ठिकाना बनाया था। यहां आंदोलन के लिए अस्थाई झोपड़ी बनाई गई थी, जिसे भी जिला प्रशासन ने तोड़ दिया है, जिससे किसान भड़क गए हैं।
जारी रहेगा आंदोलन
नई राजधानी प्रभावित किसान कल्याण समिति के अध्यक्ष रूपन चंद्राकर ने कहा कि जिला प्रशासन ने किसान आंदोलन को कुचलने का प्रयास किया है, जिससे किसानों में आक्रोश है। मांग पूरी होने तक किसान पीछे हटने वाले नहीं हैं। किसानों का यह आंदोलन जारी रहेगा। जिला प्रशासन और पुलिस के अमले ने दूसरी बार छायादार झोपड़ी को तोड़ दिया और सामान जब्त कर लिया है।
इससे पहले किसानों को NRDA परिसर से हटाया गया था। प्रशासन द्वारा इसकी सूचना भी नहीं दी गई। सरकार का किसान विरोधी चेहरा सामने आ गया है। चंद्राकर ने कहा कि कयाबांधा में एक भी मुस्लिम नहीं हैं। उनके लिए कब्रिस्तान व खेल मैदान बना रहे हैं। 0.75 एकड़ 0.50 एकड़ जमीन दिया गया है। किसान का 5 डिस्मिल जमीन का मंच अवैध हो गया।
अब तोड़ेंगे तो बिल्डिंग में देना धरना
भारतीय किसान यूनियन के नेता राकेश टिकैत ने वीडियो संदेश में कहा कि नया रायपुर में किसानों का आंदोलन जारी है। रायपुर प्रशासन द्वारा दूसरी बार धरना स्थल को हटाया गया है। हम फिर वहीं धरना देंगे। वहां की सरकार यह पूर्ण रूप से सोच ले कि किसानों को बगैर मुआवजा व बगैर समझौते के जमीन नहीं छीन सकते। हमारी लड़ाई केंद्र सरकार से है, छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार से भी है। जब तक किसानों को उचित मुआवजा नहीं मिलेगा, हम लड़ेंगे।
आप जितनी बार पंडाल तोड़ेंगे हम उतने बार धरना देंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि किसान साथी धरना स्थल पर जाएं और वहां बैठें। बरसात का टाइम है टेंट व ट्राली बनाने का काम करें। उसमें रहें। अगर वे फिर तोड़ेंगे तो उनके बिल्डिंगों के सामने धरना शुरू करें। यह निर्णय हरिद्वार के शिविर से लिया गया है।

After this, the farmers made the mango garden of Kayabandha their new home. A temporary hut was built here for the movement, which has also been demolished by the district administration, which has infuriated the farmers.
