प्रयागराज | [कोर्ट बुलेटिन] | बगैर जीवन रक्षक उपकरण दिए कर्मचारियों से नालों की सफाई कराने के मामले में इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने सरकार से कहा है कि सफाई कर्मचारियों को जब तक उनके अधिकारों के बारे में जागरूक नहीं किया जाएगा, तब तक उन्हें उन्हें कैसे पता चलेगा कि उन्हें क्या-क्या हक मिले हैं। ऐसे कर्मचारी शिक्षित नहीं है तो उन्हें शिक्षित किए बिना सरकार की ओर से बनाई गई स्टैंडर्ड ऑपरेटिंग प्रोसिजर (एसओपी) और अन्य लाभकारी योजनाओं का उद्देश्य पूरा नहीं होगा।
यह आदेश न्यायमूर्ति मनोज कुमार गुप्ता और चंद्र कुमार राय की खंडपीठ ने स्वत: संज्ञान ली गई जनहित याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए दिया है। कोर्ट ने मामले की सुनवाई के लिए 13 जून की तिथि निर्धारित की है।
बगैर जीवन रक्षक उपकरण दिए कर्मचारियों से नालों की सफाई कराने के मामले में इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने प्रदेश सरकार से कहा है कि वह ऐसे कर्मचारियों को शिक्षित कर उन्हें उनके अधिकारियों के प्रति जागरूक करे।
कोर्ट ने सरकार को निर्देश दिया है कि वह पम्फलेट छपवाकर सफाई कर्मचारियों को बांटे, जिसमें उनको मिलने वाली योजनाओं और लाभों की जानकारी दी गई हो। कोर्ट ने मामले की सुनवाई के लिए 13 जून की तिथि निर्धारित की है।
इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट ने कहा कि जब तक सफाई कर्मचारियों को उनके अधिकारियों के बारे में जागरूक नहीं किया जाएगा, तब तक उन्हें क्या पता उन्हें क्या-क्या हक मिले हैं। कोर्ट ने कहा कि ऐसे कर्मचारी शिक्षित नहीं है तो उन्हें शिक्षित किए बिना सरकार की ओर से बनाई गई स्टैंडर्ड ऑपरेटिंग प्रोसिजर (एसओपी) और अन्य लाभकारी योजनाओं का उद्देश्य पूरा नहीं होगा।
