रायपुर | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | छत्तीसगढ़ की राजधानी रायपुर के तेलीबांधा में विकसित किए गए कृष्ण-कुंज को छत्तीसगढ़ के यशश्वी मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने लोकार्पित किया। कृष्ण-कुंज के 1.68 हेक्टेयर क्षेत्र में सांस्कृतिक एवं जीवनोपयोगी 383 वृक्षों का रोपण किया गया। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने कृष्ण-कुंज में कदंब का पौधा लगाया। उन्होंने भगवान श्रीकृष्ण की पूजा-अर्चना कर प्रदेशवासियों को जन्माष्टमी की बधाई दी।

इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री बघेल ने कृष्ण-कुंज में गाय को गुड़-चना खिलाया। उन्होंने वहां श्री कृष्ण जन्मस्थली कारागार की प्रतिकृति की दीवार पर बनाए गए आठे कन्हैया के भित्ती चित्र की पूजा-अर्चना की और तिलक लगाकर प्रदेशवासियों की खुशहाली की कामना की।

मुख्यमंत्री ने श्री कृष्ण भगवान को झूला भी झुलाया। उन्होंने श्रीकृष्ण का रूप धरे बच्चे को गोद में उठाकर दही मटकी फोड़वाई। मुख्यमंत्री ने आमजनों की सहूलियत को ध्यान में रखते हुए तेलीबांधा के नवनिर्मित कृष्ण-कुंज के पास की शासकीय शराब दुकान को हटाकर अन्यत्र स्थानांतरित करने के निर्देश भी कलेक्टर को दिए।

कृष्ण कुंज में लगेंगे ये पेड़

कृष्ण-कुंज में मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल ने सभा को सम्बोधित करते हुए कहा कि आज प्रदेश में नगरीय क्षेत्रों के 162 स्थानों में विकसित कृष्ण-कुंज में बरगद, पीपल, कदंब जैसे सांस्कृतिक महत्व के एवं जीवनोपयोगी आम, इमली, बेर, गंगा इमली, जामुन, गंगा बेर, शहतूत, तेंदू ,चिरौंजी, अनार, कैथा, नीम, गुलर, पलास, अमरूद, सीताफल, बेल, आंवला के पौधों का रोपण किया जा रहा है।

वृक्षारोपण को जन-जन से जोड़ने, सांस्कृतिक विरासत को सहेजने के लिए प्रदेश में ‘कृष्ण-कुंज’ विकसित किए जा रहे हैं। विगत वर्षों में शहरीकरण की वजह से हो रही अंधाधुंध पेड़ों की कटाई से इन पेड़ों का अस्तित्व खत्म होता जा रहा है। आने वाली पीढ़ियों को इन पेड़ों के महत्व से जोड़ने के लिए ‘कृष्ण-कुंज’ की पहल की जा रही है।

अर्थशास्त्री भी थे भगवान कृष्ण: बघेल

बघेल ने कहा कि माताएं अपने बच्चों को सदैव भगवान कृष्ण के रूप में देखती हैं। भगवान कृष्ण के माखनचोर, नंदकिशोर, द्वारिकाधीश आदि अनेक नाम हैं। हमारे छत्तीसगढ़ में बच्चे सबसे पहला कोई उपवास रखते हैं तो वह जन्माष्टमी का होता है। उन्होंने कहा कि भगवान श्री कृष्ण कर्मयोगी, ज्ञानयोगी, भक्तियोगी के साथ अर्थशास्त्री भी थे, उन्होंने कृषि से गोपालन को जोड़ा था।

छत्तीसगढ़ में हमने गोपालन को बढ़ावा दिया है। गांव और शहर में गोठान बना रहे हैं। गोबर और गोमूत्र खरीदने का कार्य भी कर रहे हैं। गोमाता की सेवा के साथ स्वच्छता का कार्य भी सरकार कर रही है। इससे लोगों को आमदनी का एक जरिया मिला है। उनकी आर्थिक स्थिति सुधर रही है।

‘श्रीकृष्ण ने दिया कर्मवादी बनने का उपदेश’

सीएम बघेल ने कहा कि भगवान श्री कृष्ण ने लोगों को कर्मवादी बनने का उपदेश दिया। भगवान श्रीकृष्ण ने जिन बातों का उपदेश दिया, उन्हें स्वयं भी जिया। वह सही मायने में हमें जीवन जीने की कला सिखाते हैं।

सांस्कृतिक विविधताओं से परिपूर्ण छत्तीसगढ़ का हर एक पर्व प्रकृति और आदिम संस्कृति से जुड़ा हुआ है। इनके संरक्षण के लिए छत्तीसगढ़ी के तीज-त्यौहारों को आम लोगों से जोड़ा गया और अब ‘कृष्ण-कुंज’ योजना के माध्यम से इन सांस्कृतिक महत्व के पेड़ों को सहेजने की अनुकरणीय पहल हो रही है, जो आने वाली पीढ़ियों को एक बेहतर कल की ओर ले जाएगी और एक नया छत्तीसगढ़ गढ़ने में अपनी भूमिका निभाएगी।

सीएम भूपेश की पहल पर तैयार हो रहा कृष्ण कुंज

बता दें कि मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल की पहल पर छत्तीसगढ़ के सभी नगरीय क्षेत्रों में ‘कृष्ण कुंज’ विकसित किए जा रहे हैं। जन्माष्टमी के अवसर पर कृष्ण कुंज में मुख्यमंत्री ने सभी कलेक्टरों को ‘कृष्ण-कुंज’ विकसित करने के लिए वन विभाग को न्यूनतम एक एकड़ भूमि का आवंटन करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।

अब तक राज्य के 162 स्थलों को ‘कृष्ण कुंज’ के लिए चिह्नांकित कर लिया गया है। कृष्ण कुंज को विशिष्ट पहचान दिलाने के लिए सभी निकायों में एकरूपता प्रदर्शित करने हेतु बाउंड्रीवाल गेट पर लोगो का डिजाइन एक समान तैयार किया गया है।

इन स्थानों पर हुआ पौधारोपण

कृष्ण-कुंज के लिए रायपुर जिले के 10 नगरीय निकाय कुर्रा, खरोरा, बिरगांव, अटारी, तेलीबांधा, आरंग, चंदखुरी, कुरुद समोदा, उरला में स्थल चयनित किया गया है। गरियाबंद जिले के 3 महासमुंद के 6, गौरेला पेंड्रा जिले के 2 कोरिया जिले के 7, कोंडागांव जिले के 3,दंतेवाड़ा जिले के 4, बीजापुर जिले, सुकमा, नारायणपुर के 1-1 स्थलों के साथ कुल 162 चयनित स्थलों में जन्माष्टमी पर पौधों का रोपण किया गया।

Keeping in mind the convenience of the common people, the Chief Minister also directed the Collector to shift the government liquor shop near the newly constructed Krishna-Kunj of Telibandha to another place.

 These trees will be planted in Krishna Kunj

Addressing the gathering at Krishna-Kunj, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel said that today, in the Krishna-Kunj developed in 162 places of urban areas in the state, mangoes of cultural importance like Banyan, Peepal, Kadamba and life-useful mangoes, tamarind, plum, Ganga tamarind, Jamun. Plantation of saplings of Ganga Ber, Mulberry, Tendu, Chironji, Pomegranate, Kaitha, Neem, Gular, Palas, Guava, Sitaphal, Bel, Amla is being done.

In order to connect the plantation with the people, to save the cultural heritage, ‘Krishna-Kunj’ is being developed in the state. Due to the indiscriminate felling of trees due to urbanization in the last years, the existence of these trees is ending. The initiative of ‘Krishna-Kunj’ is being taken to connect the coming generations with the importance of these trees.

Lord Krishna was also an economist: Baghel

Baghel said that mothers always see their children as Lord Krishna. There are many names of Lord Krishna like Makhanchor, Nandkishore, Dwarkadhish etc. In our Chhattisgarh, the first time children observe any fast, it is on Janmashtami. He said that Lord Krishna was also an economist along with Karmayogi, Jnanayogi, Bhaktiyogi, he had linked agriculture with agriculture.

Let us inform that on the initiative of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, ‘Krishna Kunj’ is being developed in all the urban areas of Chhattisgarh. In Krishna Kunj on the occasion of Janmashtami, the Chief Minister has directed all the collectors to allot a minimum of one acre of land to the Forest Department for developing ‘Krishna-Kunj’.

So far 162 places in the state have been marked for ‘Krishna Kunj’. To give a unique identity to Krishna Kunj, the design of the logo on the boundary wall gate has been prepared uniformly to show uniformity in all the bodies.
