जशपुर | [छत्तीसगढ़ बुलेटिन] | सामूहिक दुष्कर्म के आरोपियों ने नाबालिग लड़की से गैंगरेप की कीमत 1 लाख रुपये लगाई है। मामला छत्तीसगढ़ आदिवासी बहुल जिला जशपुर का है। आरोपियों का पीड़िता के परिजनों से सौदा तय भी हो गया। अब इस मामले के खुलासे के बाद से हड़कंप मचा हुआ है। जशपुर जिले में गैंगरेप की सौदेबाजी की चर्चा हो रही है। शुक्र है कि ग्रामीणों ने खुद पुलिस को इस भयानक वारदात के बारे में बता दिया। जिसके बाद अब कार्रवाई की जा रही है।
यहां की ASP प्रतिभा पांडे ने मीडिया को जानकारी देते हुए कहा, ’16 साल की नाबालिग लड़की से गैंगरेप का आरोप है। घटना 9 जुलाई 2022 की है, लेकिन मामले को शांत करने के लिए 1 लाख रुपये का लेनदेन किया जा रहा था। हम परिवार तक पहुंच गए और हमने पीड़िता का मेडिकल करवाया है। आरोपी पुलिस हिरासत में हैं और आगे की जांच की जा रही है।’
किडनैप कर जंगल में किया था सामूहिक दुष्कर्म
जानकारी के मुताबिक, पीड़िता का अपहरण कर उसके साथ इस घिनौनी वारदात को अंजाम दिया गया था। इस दिन नाबालिग लड़की एक शादी समारोह में गई थी। बताया जा रहा है कि यहां 4 लोगों ने मिलकर लड़की को किडनैप कर लिया था। इसके बाद जंगल में ले जाकर उसके साथ गैंगरेप की वारदात को अंजाम दिया गया।
सौदेबाजी के बाद लिखवाया इकरारनामा
लड़की के साथ मारपीट भी की गई थी। किसी तरह लड़की जब अपने घर पहुंची थी तब परिजनों ने उसे अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया था। मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक लड़की को असहनीय पीड़ा देने वाले आरोपियों ने इसके बाद उसके परिजनों से मुलाकात कर 1 लाख रुपये में मामले को रफा-दफा करने का सौदा तय किया। एक इकरारनामा भी इस संबंध में आरोपियों की तरफ से लिखवाया गया था।
पंचायत में हुआ फैसला
बताया जा रहा है कि 10 जुलाई 2022 को आरोपियों ने सरपंच से संपर्क किया ताकि मामले को रफा-दफा किया जा सके और यह बात पुलिस तक भी ना पहुंचे। इसके बाद स्थानीय सरपंच ने पंचायत बुलाई और पीड़ित को 1 लाख रुपये देने की बात कही गई।
11 जुलाई 2022 को पुलिस को इस बारे में जानकारी मिली और फिर केस दर्ज किया गया। जिन आरोपियों पर केस दर्ज हुआ है। उनमें – 27 साल का रामजीत, 24 साल का पारस, 19 साल के नरेश और 22 साल का संजय शामिल है।
बताया जा रहा है कि जब गांव वालों को इस बात की भनक लगी, तब उन्होंने पुलिस को पूरे मामले की जानकारी दे दी। जिसके बाद अब चारों आरोपी कानून के शिकंजे में हैं।

The accused are in police custody and further investigation is on.

According to the information, this heinous incident was carried out after kidnapping the victim. On this day the minor girl went to a wedding ceremony. It is being told that 4 people together had kidnapped the girl. After this, the incident of gang-rape was carried out with her by taking her to the forest.

According to media reports, the accused, who caused unbearable pain to the girl, then met her family members and settled the matter for Rs 1 lakh. It is being told that on July 10, 2022, the accused approached the sarpanch so that the matter could be hushed up and this matter did not even reach the police. After this the local sarpanch called the panchayat and it was told to give Rs 1 lakh to the victim.
On July 11, 2022, the police got information about this and then a case was registered. The accused against whom the case has been registered. Among them are 27-year-old Ramjit, 24-year-old Paras, 19-year-old Naresh and 22-year-old Sanjay.
It is being told that when the villagers came to know about this, then they informed the police about the whole matter. After which now all the four accused are in the clutches of the law.
