आज देश के दैनिक इस खबर से भरे पड़े हैं कि रिटायर्ड उपराष्ट्रपति जनाब मोहम्मद हामिद अंसारी मियां ने भारतीय गुप्तचर संस्था (रॉ) को तेहरान में जोखिम में डाल दिया था। तब अंसारी ईरान में भारतीय राजदूत थे। पत्रिका ”सण्डे गार्जियन”, आईटीवी द्वारा प्रकाशित, ने छापा कि ”रॉ” के पूर्व अधिकारियों ने नरेन्द्र मोदी को लिखा कि हामिद अंसारी के विरुद्ध उच्चस्तरीय जांच के आदेश दिये जाये। इन रिटायर्ड अफसरों का आरोप है कि मियां हामिद अंसारी ने भारतीय हितों की रक्षा नहीं की। बल्कि ईरानी सरकार की मदद की और नतीजन ”रॉ” के भारतीय कार्मिको की जान खतरे में डाली थी।
किन्तु इससे भी ज्यादा भयावह रहस्योद्घाटन किया पाकिस्तानी अस्सी वर्षीय टीवी संवाददाता मियां नुसरत मिर्जा ने। उन्होंने बताया कि वे गत वर्षों में पांच बार भारत आये। मियां हामिद अंसारी का निमंत्रण था। अमूमन पाकिस्तानी पत्रकार केवल तीन शहरों में ही जा सकता हैं, पर मिर्जा सात जगह गये। मिर्जा ने बताया कि अंसारी से संभाषण के दौरान बताया कि कई संवेदनशील विषयों पर वार्ता की। हालांकि मियां हामिद अंसारी ने कहा कि ”मैं नुसरत मिर्जा को न तो जानता हूं, न कभी मिला, न कभी भारत निमंत्रित ही किया।”
लेकिन नुसरत मिर्जा ने बड़ी संजीदगी तथा जोरदार शैली में कहा कि वे अंसारी से हुयी बातचीत पर कायम हैं। ”नवभारत टाइम्स” की रपट है : ”हामिद अंसारी ने आमंत्रित किया, फिर गोपनीय जानकारी उससे साझा की, जो देश की सुरक्षा के साथ खिलवाड़ है।” भाटिया ने कहा कि ”अगर तत्कालीन उपराष्ट्रपति के अलावा कांग्रेस नेता सोनिया और राहुल गांधी हमारे सवालों पर चुप्पी साधे रहते है, तो यह इन पापों के लिये उनकी स्वीकारोक्ति के समान होगा। भारत के लोगों ने हामिद अंसारी को इतना सम्मान दिया और उन्होंने देश को धोखा दिया।”
गौरव भाटिया ने बताया कि नुसरत मिर्जा वाला कथन पूर्णतय सत्य है। आरोप यह भी है कि मियां हामिद अंसारी द्वारा गुप्त सूचना ईरानी सरकार को दे देने के परिणाम में ईरानी जासूसी संगठन ”सावाक” के क्रूर पुलिस अफसरों ने संदीप कपूर नाम का अफसर अपहरण तेहरान में किया। मगर अंसारी ने नयी दिल्ली में विदेश मंत्रालय को सूचित तक नहीं किया। ”रॉ” के शीर्ष अधिकारियों का दावा है कि उन्होंने तेहरान में भारतीय राजदूत को बता दिया था कि डीबी माथुर, उच्च पुलिस अधिकारी, ईरान में गुप्तचर अधिकारी थे। माथुर को ईरानी संस्था ”सावाक” ने उठा लिया था। यातना दी थी। माथुर की घटना तब ”रॉ” अधिकारियों ने संसद में विपक्ष के नेता अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी को बताई। अटलजी ने प्रधानमंत्री पीवी नरसिम्हा राव को यह सूचना दी। तब नरसिम्हा राव ने ईरान सरकार के चंगुल से माथुर को रिहा कराया था।
यूं मियां हामिद अंसारी अकसर विवादग्रस्त रहे, खासकर इस्लामी मसलों पर। अंसारी चाहते थे कि भारत के हर जनपद में शरिया अदालत गठित हो। वे लवजिहाद के पैरोकार रहे। जब अलीगढ़ मुस्लिम विश्वविद्यालय के कुलाधिपति थे तो यूनियन भवन में मोहम्मद अली जिन्ना की फोटो के लगे रहने के समर्थक थे। अचरज की बात है कि महान दार्शनिक डा. सर्वेपल्ली राधाकृष्णन के बाद मियां हामिद अंसारी ही है जो दो बार उपराष्ट्रपति रहे।
मियां मोहम्मद हामिद अली अंसारी ने हर तरह का शासकीय मुनाफा कमाया। मलाई खाई। अल्पसंख्यक जो ठहरे! सरदार मनमोहन सिंह ने कहा भी था कि : “भारत के संसाधनों पर पहला अधिकार मुसलमानों का है।” नतीजन अंसारी लाभ उठाने के हररावल दस्ते में रहे।
अप्रैल 1, 1937 को वे जन्मे थे। (मशहूर तारीख है) करीब 38 वर्ष तक भारत की विदेश सेवा में कमाईदार पद पर डटे रहे। साऊदी अरब में राजदूत रहे तो लगे हाथ हज भी कर लिया होगा। फिर राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यक आयोग के काबीना-मंत्री स्तरीय के अध्यक्ष पद पर ऊंची पगार लेते रहे। सोनिया-कांग्रेस की मेहरबानी से उपराष्ट्रपति बन गये।
राज्यसभा टीवी पर चहेतों को नियुक्त किया। मनमाना प्रोग्राम चलवाया। पूरे दस वर्षों तक (साढ़े तीन हजार दिन) सत्ताइस हजार वर्गफीट (पौने सात एकड़) जमीन पर फैले मौलाना आजाद रोड में महलनुमा बंगले (उपराष्ट्रपति निवास) पर काबिज रहे। उधर मौका लेकर अलीगढ़ मुस्लिम यूनिवर्सिटी के कुलाधिपति पद पर भी थे। विश्वविद्यालय में भारत-विभाजक तथा हिन्दुओं के घोरतम शत्रु शिया मुस्लिम मियां मोहम्मद अली जिन्ना की फोटो टांगने की जद्दोजहद में लगे रहे। जैसे जिन्ना इन अंसारी मियां का सगा हो। अंसारी ने कहा कि सीमांत गांधी खान अब्दुल गफ्फार खान की तस्वीर भी अलीगढ़ विश्वविद्यालय में लगी है। तो जिन्ना की क्यों नहीं? अब उन्हें कौन समझाये कि बादशाह खान को ब्रिटिश राज ने बीस साल पेशावर की जेल की कोठरी में नजरबंद रखा था, सिर्फ इसीलिये कि बादशाह खान भारत के विभाजन का जमकर विरोध कर रहे थे।
मियां मोहम्मद अंसारी अपने उपराष्ट्रपति पद के अंतिम दिन केरल के पापुलर फ्रन्ट आफ इण्डिया के जलसे में गये। वहां के जलसे में वे बोल आये कि ”भारत में मुसलमान खतरा महसूस कर रहा है।” अंसारी को खुफिया सूत्रों ने सचेत भी किया था कि पीएफआई पाकिस्तानी-समर्थक इस्लामी उग्रवादियों का मंच है। इसी फ्रन्ट के चार लोग अभी भी हथरस के रास्ते जाते पकड़े गये और मथुरा जिला जेल में अवैध हरकतों के लिये नजरबंद हैं।
मानलें अगर नरेन्द्र मोदी हामिद अंसारी को कानपुर के दलित रामनाथ कोविन्द की जगह राष्ट्रपति बनवा देते तो क्या हिन्दुस्तानी मुसलमान ‘‘सुरक्षित, सुखी और सम्पन्न‘‘ हो जाते?

Today the country’s dailies are full of news that Retired Vice President Janab Mohammad Hamid Ansari Mian had put the Indian Intelligence Agency (RAW) at risk in Tehran. Ansari was then the Indian Ambassador to Iran. The magazine “Sunday Guardian”, published by ITV, reported that former RAW officials wrote to Narendra Modi to order a high-level inquiry against Hamid Ansari. These retired officers allege that Mian Hamid Ansari did not protect Indian interests. Rather helped the Iranian government and as a result put the lives of Indian personnel of “RAW” in danger.
But even more frightening was the revelation by Pakistani eighty-year-old TV correspondent Mian Nusrat Mirza. He told that he came to India five times in the last years. It was the invitation of Mian Hamid Ansari. Usually Pakistani journalists can go to only three cities, but Mirza went to seven places. Mirza told that during his conversation with Ansari, he told that he talked on many sensitive topics. Although Mian Hamid Ansari said that “I have neither known, never met, nor invited Nusrat Mirza to India.”
But Nusrat Mirza said in a very serious and loud manner that she stood by the conversation with Ansari. The “Navbharat Times” reported: “Hamid Ansari invited, then shared confidential information with him, which is playing with the security of the country.” Bhatia said that “if Congress leader Sonia besides the then Vice President And if Rahul Gandhi keeps silent on our questions, then it will be like his confession of these sins. The people of India gave so much respect to Hamid Ansari and he betrayed the country.
Gaurav Bhatia told that the statement of Nusrat Mirza is completely true. There is also an allegation that as a result of giving secret information by Mian Hamid Ansari to the Iranian government, brutal police officers of the Iranian spy organization “Sawak” kidnapped an officer named Sandeep Kapoor in Tehran. But Ansari did not even inform the Ministry of External Affairs in New Delhi. Top RAW officials claim they told the Indian ambassador to Tehran that DB Mathur, the top police officer, was an intelligence officer in Iran.
Mathur was picked up by the Iranian organization “Sawak”. was tortured. Mathur’s incident was then told by the “RAW” officials to the Leader of the Opposition in Parliament, Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Atalji gave this information to Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao. Then Narasimha Rao freed Mathur from the clutches of the Iranian government.
Thus Mian Hamid Ansari was often controversial, especially on Islamic issues. Ansari wanted Sharia courts to be set up in every district of India. He was an advocate of love jihad. When he was the Chancellor of Aligarh Muslim University, he was a supporter of keeping the photo of Muhammad Ali Jinnah in the union building. It is surprising that after the great philosopher Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, it is Mian Hamid Ansari who was the Vice President twice.
Mian Mohammad Hamid Ali Ansari earned all kinds of government profits. I ate cream Minority stay! Sardar Manmohan Singh had also said that: “Muslims have the first right over India’s resources.” As a result, Ansari remained in the Harrawal squad to take advantage.

Mian Mohammad Ansari went to the Popular Front of India procession in Kerala on the last day of his Vice Presidential post. In the procession there, he said that “Muslims in India are feeling threatened.” Ansari was also alerted by intelligence sources that the PFI was a platform of pro-Pakistani Islamist militants. Four people of this front are still caught on the way to Hathras and are under house arrest in Mathura District Jail for illegal activities.
Suppose if Narendra Modi had made Hamid Ansari the President in place of Ramnath Kovind of Kanpur, would Indian Muslims have become “safe, happy and prosperous”?
