परिचय– हिसार, हरियाणा.

भूल गए हम साधना, भूल गए हैं राम ।

मंदिर-मस्जिद फेर में, उलझे आठों याम ।।

प्रेम-त्याग ना आस्था, नहीं धर्म की खोज ।

भिड़े मजहबी होड़ में, मंदिर-मस्जिद रोज ।।

मंदिर-मस्जिद से भली, एक किताब दुकान ।

एक साथ है जो रखे, गीता और कुरान ।।

मंदिर में हैं टाइलें, मस्जिद में कालीन ।

लेकिन छप्पर में पढ़े, शिबू और यासीन ।।

भूखा प्यासा मर गया, मंदिर में इंसान ।

लोग भोग देते रहे, पत्थर के भगवान ।।

मंदिर से मस्जिद कहे, बात एक हर बार ।

मिटे न दुनिया की तरह, हम दोनों का प्यार ।।

मंदिर-मस्जिद बांटते, नफरत के पैगाम ।

खड़े कोर्ट में बेवज़ह, अल्ला औ’ श्रीराम ।।

मंदिर पूजन छोड़कर, उनको करूँ प्रणाम ।

घर-कुनबे जो त्यागकर, मिटे देश के नाम ।।

मंदिर के भीतर चढ़े, पत्थर को पकवान ।

हाथ पसारे गेट पर, भूखा है इंसान ।।

हम रहते हैं फूल से, हर पल यूं अनजान ।

मंदिर और श्मशान का, नहीं जिसे हैं भान ।।

Mandir–Masjid in Fer

We have forgotten sadhna, we have forgotten Ram.
In the temple-mosque fer, the eight yams entangled..

No renunciation of love, no faith, no search for religion.
In religious competition, temple-mosque everyday..

A book shop, just across from the temple-mosque.
The one who keeps Gita and Quran together.

There are tiles in the temple, carpets in the mosque.
But read in the thatch, Shibu and Yasin..

Died hungry and thirsty, man in the temple.
People kept on giving Bhog, Lord of stone.

Tell the mosque to the temple, one thing every time.
Like the world, the love of both of us.

Distributing the temple-mosque, the message of hatred.
Unnecessarily in the standing court, Allah and Shri Ram ..

Leaving temple worship, I should bow to him.
Those who renounced their families, erased the name of the country.

Climb inside the temple, dish to the stone.
Hands spread at the gate, the person is hungry.

We live with flowers, unknown every moment.
Temple and crematorium, not the one who is aware.
