हाँ मैं भी मनाऊंगा
आजादी का अमृत महोत्सव
जब हर हाथ रोटी होगी शांत सबकी भूख होगी
तिरंगा लहराने को हर सिर पे घर की छत होगी।
हाँ मैं भी मनाऊंगा
आजादी का अमृत महोत्सव
जब देश की सम्पत्तियों की बोली लगनी बंद होगी
छद्म राष्ट्रवाद की नशीली गोली मिलनी बंद होगी।
हाँ मैं भी मनाऊंगा
आजादी का अमृत महोत्सव
जब गरीब बच्चे की शिक्षा के अधिकार की सुरक्षा होगी
सरकारी स्कूलों को बंद करने की साजिश नाकाम होगी।
हाँ मैं भी मनाऊंगा
आजादी का अमृत महोत्सव
जब नेताओं की तिजोरी भ्रष्टाचार से भरी न होगी
जनता की भी दो जून की रोटी थाली में रखी होगी।
हाँ मैं भी मनाऊंगा
आजादी का अमृत महोत्सव
जब साम्प्रदायिक घटनाएं सारे देश में थमी होगी
देशप्रेम की भावना हर हृदय में धर्म पे भारी होगी।

आजादी का अमृत महोत्सव
जब आम आदमी की पूछ चुनाव के बाद भी होगी
उसके पास भी स्वास्थ्य ,रोजगार और शिक्षा होगी।
हाँ मैं भी मनाऊंगा
आजादी का अमृत महोत्सव
जब औरत चारदिवारी के भीतर ना घुटती होगी
उसे रक्षा के लिए कच्चे धागे की जरूत ना होगी।
हाँ मैं भी मनाऊंगा
आजादी का अमृत महोत्सव
जब देश को जातिवाद की गुलामी से आजादी होगी
पानी पीने की सजा दलित छात्र के लिए मौत न होगी।
हाँ मैं भी मनाऊंगा
आजादी का अमृत महोत्सव
जब इंसान को अछूत मानने की प्रवृत्ति बंद होगी
मुख से पैदा हुए की भी मनोविक्षिप्ति ठीक होगी।
हाँ मैं भी मनाऊंगा
आजादी का अमृत महोत्सव
जब शहीदों की शहादत की मान मर्यादा होगी
उनके विचारों पे चलने की ललक लोगों में होगी।।
