नई दिल्ली | [कोर्ट बुलेटिन] | रेप केस में फंसे भाजपा {भारतीय जनता पार्टी} के सीनियर नेता शाहनवाज हुसैन को सुप्रीम कोर्ट से बड़ी राहत मिली है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने हाई कोर्ट के फैसले पर रोक लगा दी है, जिसमें उसने आदेश दिया था कि शाहनवाज हुसैन के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज की जाए।
उच्च न्यायालय ने दिल्ली पुलिस को इस मामले में 3 महीने में जांच रिपोर्ट सौंपने को भी कहा था। हाई कोर्ट के आदेश के खिलाफ भाजपा नेता शाहनवाज हुसैन ने उच्चतम न्यायालय का रुख किया था और कहा था कि इससे उनकी छवि खराब होगी।
BJP leader Shahnawaz Hussain gets relief from Supreme Court, stays on order of FIR in rape case
New Delhi | [Court Bulletin] | BJP {Bharatiya Janata Party} senior leader Shahnawaz Hussain trapped in the rape case has got a big relief from the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has stayed the High Court’s decision, in which it had ordered that an FIR be registered against Shahnawaz Hussain.
The High Court had also asked the Delhi Police to submit the investigation report in this case in three months. BJP leader Shahnawaz Hussain had moved the Supreme Court against the High Court order and said that it would tarnish his image.
