मूर्छित पड़ी है मानवता

इसे अमृत कौन पिलाएगा

कौन है ऐसा महाबली

जो संजीवन लेकर आएगा

मंथन हुआ जो फिर सागर का

होंगे अमृत के दावेदार सभी

पर मानवता के हिस्से का विष

कौन सा शिव पी पाएगा

शंखनाद करने को आतुर

है पांडव कौरव सभी यहाँ

लेकिन अर्जुन को इस रण में

अब गीता कौन सुनाएगा

मानस पुत्रों से अभिलाषा

करता है बस यही ‘ग़ुलाम’

मरुभूमि को कर दो उपवन

तो हृदय कंवल खिल जाएगा

गुरु गोबिंद सिंह के पुत्रों ने दी

मानवता  के हित क़ुरबानी

अब कौन सबल है इतना जो

फिर से क़ुरबानी दे पाएगा

who will drink this nectar
who is such a mahabali
who will bring life

The churning took place which then the ocean
All the contenders for the nectar will be
But the poison of humanity’s share
which shiva will be able to drink

eager to shake
Pandavas Kauravas are all here
But Arjuna in this battle
Now who will narrate the Gita

Manas wishes from sons
That’s what the ‘slave’ does
Make the desert a garden
then the heart will blossom

The sons of Guru Gobind Singh gave
sacrifice for the benefit of humanity
Who is strong now
can sacrifice again
