परिचय– वरिष्ठ साहित्यकार, नई दिल्ली, जन्म 14 फरवरी, 1938, रोहतक।
एक रानी के दो बच्चे थे
तीनों साथ ही रहते थे
भूख लगे तो मम्मी को
चिल्ला चिल्ला कर कहते थे
मम्मी हम को खाना दे दो
भूखे नहीं रह सकते हैं
धूप आंधी बरसात सहेंगे
भूख नहीं सह सकते हैं
मम्मी रुदन देखकर उनका
जंगल को चल देती थी
हर खतरे का करे सामना
बच्चों को सुख देती थी
मुर्दा नहीं भाता था उनको
ताजा मास खिलाती थी
दुश्मन से बचने की खातिर
गुरु मंत्र सिखलाती थी
बहुत सुखी तीनों जंगल में
राज उन्हीं का चलता था
उन शेरों की आज्ञा के बिन
पत्ता तक नहीं हिलता था
जब देखा सैयाद एक दिन
आवाज़ सुनी ठां ठां मैंने
हुए ढेर शेर रहा नहीं जंगल
फिर न देखी मां की ममता मैंने

मां की यादें
मां! न जाने क्यों
इस उम्र में भी
तुम्हारी याद आती है
कभी खयालों में
कभी ख्वाबों में
बहुत सताती है
तब मैं तुलना
करने लगता हूं
तुम्हारे द्वारा दिए
गए ममत्व
और पत्नी द्वारा दिए
गए आनंद की
सुख दोनों में
मिलता था
अंतर्मन दोनों में
खिलता था
मगर मां के सुख की
अनुभूति
आज भी है
किंतु नहीं जान पाया
83 की उम्र में भी
कि पत्नी द्वारा
मिला मन मोहक
जादू सा आनंद
क्या कभी
कालांतर में मां सा
सुख बन पाएगा …

mother give us food
can’t stay hungry
Will bear the sun storm rain
can’t bear the hunger
Seeing his mother crying
used to walk the forest
face every danger
made children happy
they didn’t like dead
used to feed fresh meat
to avoid the enemy
Guru used to teach mantra
very happy three in the forest
Raj was his
without the permission of those lions
the leaf didn’t move
When I saw Syed one day
I heard the sound
There are no lions in the jungle
I did not see mother’s love again
,
memories of mother
Mother! Don’t know why
even at this age
I miss you
once upon a time
once in a dream
hurts a lot
then i compare
tend to do
given by you
Gone Maternity
and given by wife
gone for joy
pleasure in both
used to get
in both
was blooming
but mother’s happiness
Feeling
Today also
but didn’t know
even at the age of 83
by that wife
got mesmerizing
magic bliss

later mother
Will be happy
