हर नाजायज़ चीज़ यहाँ जायज़ बन जाती है,
राजनीति नाम है बाहर का, ये हर घर में पाई जाती है।

हर खिलाड़ी यहाँ ख़ुद को राजा, दूसरे को मोहरा कहता,
कहीं खून की नदियाँ बहती, कहीं अश्कों का समन्दर बहता

चाणक्य नीति अपनाकर, राजनीति ने रचा इतिहास,
जो रहा इस गुण से वंचित, हो गया उसका सर्वनाश।

हर मोड़ पे यहाँ राजनीति का ही है डेरा,
हेरा-फेरी का धंधा है ये न तेरा औऱ न मेरा।

भारत के इतिहास में, राजनीती के आँच में सेंकी रोटी,
उत्थान-पतन होती रही यहाँ, जिस्म की भी हुई बोटी।

झूठ को सच और सच को झूठ बताया जाता,
राजनीति एक खेल है प्यारे, गधे को भी बाप बनाया जाता।
