बोधकथा
जीवन में हर मनुष्य सफल होना चाहता है, परन्तु कुछ लोग ही सफल हो पाते हैं और कुछ असफल हो जाते हैं। जो असफल होते हैं वो भूल जाते हैं कि, जब तक हम असफल नहीं होंगे तब तक सफल कैसे होंगे ?
असफलता ही सफलता की पहली सीढ़ी होती है। सफलता प्राप्त करने के लिए हमें मुख्य रूप से तीन बातों को ध्यान में रखनी चाहिए-
पहला समर्पण
जिस कार्य को हम कर रहे हैं क्या हम उसके लिए पूर्ण रूप से समर्पित हैं ?यहां समर्पण का अर्थ है अपना सब कुछ उस कार्य को समर्पित कर देना है ।
दूसरा एकाग्रता
एकाग्रता से तात्पर्य किसी कार्य में पूरी तरह अपना ध्यान केन्द्रित करना और उस कार्य में डूब जाना या अपना शरीर,मन, बुद्धि, आत्मा को किसी कार्य में पूर्ण रूप से लगा देना। किसी कार्य में समाहित हो जाना ही समर्पण है।
तीसरा बिंदु ज्ञान
ज्ञान आत्मा का सहज गुण है । जब हम किसी कार्य के प्रति स्वयं को समर्पित और एकाग्र कर देते हैं ,तो ज्ञान का गुण स्वयं ही हम धारण कर लेते हैं। ज्ञान कठोर परिश्रम से अर्जित किया जाता है। इसी तीन गुणों के कारण विद्यार्थी या अन्य लोग एक ही प्रयास में सफल हो जाते हैं और कई विद्यार्थी या मनुष्य कम परिश्रम करके सफलता अर्जित कर लेते हैं।
सफलता के चार आधार स्तंभ होते हैं-
धैर्य, आशा, आत्मविश्वास, कठोर परिश्रम जो कोई विद्यार्थी या मनुष्य जीवन सफल में सफलता अर्जित करना चाहते हैं वे इसे अपने जीवन में इन्ही गुणों को अपना कर सफलता अर्जित कर सकते हैं।

Failure is the first step to success. To achieve success, we should keep three things in mind-
First Surrender
Are we completely devoted to the work we are doing? Here dedication means to dedicate everything to that work.
Second concentration
Concentration means to concentrate one’s attention completely in some work and to be immersed in that work or to fully engage one’s body, mind, intellect, soul in some work. To be absorbed in a task is surrender.
Third point knowledge
Knowledge is the innate quality of the soul. When we devote and concentrate ourselves towards a task, we automatically acquire the quality of knowledge. Knowledge is acquired through hard work. Due to these three qualities, students or other people become successful in one endeavor and many students or human beings earn success by doing less hard work.
There are four pillars of success
Patience, hope, confidence, hard work, any student or human being who wants to achieve success in life can achieve success by adopting these qualities in his life.
