मुझे वो दर्द
अच्छे लगते हैं
दर्द का कर्ज और
बड़े अच्छे लगते हैं।
सुख बेवफ़ा जो
चंद मेहमान सा लगते हैं
दुःख वफ़ा है, मेरे साथी हैं
ये पहचान सा लगते हैं
मुझे वो दर्द
अच्छे लगते हैं
झूठों की इस महफ़िल में
सचाई के लिए लड़ना,
जिंदगी की तलाश में
जीने के लिये मरना
जीवन की तमाम
इम्तिहान अच्छे लगते हैं
मुझे वो दर्द
अच्छे लगते हैं
किये गये उनके वादे
यूँ समेटे वो दर्द की यादें
गैरों का कई सवाल
मन में आते जाते वो ख़्याल
हमसे नफरत करने वाले
लोग अच्छे लगते है
मुझे वो दर्द
अच्छे लगते हैं
चुभते हुये कई सारी बातें
गैरों की मतलबी नाते
चोट खाये हुए मेरे घाव
तपती पत्थरीली धूप में
चलते जलते वो पांव
ये सब सुहाने लगते हैं
मुझे वो दर्द
अच्छे लगते हैं
अपनों का सताने
करते हैं कई बहाने
हंसी में छुपी
बेवफाई राज उनके
दिखावे का पहने कई
नकाबे अच्छे लगते हैं
मुझे वो दर्द
अच्छे लगते हैं
मैं दर्द जख्मों को अपने
आँसुओं से सींच सींचकर
हर रोज संजोया करता हूँ
अपने खून के इक इक बूंदों से कई अल्फाज लिखता रहता हूँ
कुछ ठुकराये हुये
शब्द और वह शख्स
अच्छे लगते हैं
मुझे वो दर्द

mean kinship
my wounds hurt
in the scorching sun
those burning feet
it all looks cool

oppression of loved ones
make many excuses
hidden in laughter
their infidelity secrets
show off many
masks look good

I hurt my pain
watering with tears
cherish everyday
I keep writing many alphabets with a single drop of my blood.
