and a stranger
Oh poo!! night
Was it reality or dream?

every day in thoughts
morning evening and night
life smells like sandalwood
Seeing his henna hands.

from that unknown stranger
now recognized
sila ye beautiful
Something different, something special.

drunken eyes move like a serpent
deep in the heart
drop drop love
Child ! Tell me is it a reality or a dream?

join him now
all the bonds of the heart
If only! that I would know
Is there hope of union in that too?

कुछ अलग कुछ खास

एक अनजानी सी एहसास

और एक अजनबी का साथ

पूस की ओ!! रात

हकीकत थी या ख्वाब?

ख्यालों में रहती हर दिन

सुबह शाम और रात

चन्दन सी महक गई जिन्दगी

देखके उसके मेंहदी वाले हाथ।

उस अनजान अजनबी से

अब होने लगी पहचान

सिलसिले ये खूबसूरत

कुछ अलग कुछ खास।

मदमस्त आंखे नागिन सी चाल

दिल की गहराई में

बूंद बूंद बरसता प्यार

वत्स ! बता वो हकीकत है या ख्वाब?

जुड़ने लगे अब उससे

दिल के सारे बंधन

काश! की मैं जान पाता

उसमें भी है मिलन की आस?
