परिचय– सेवानिवृत्त अधिकारी छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य ग्रामीण बैंक, रायगढ़, छत्तीसगढ़

न तो किसी स्वार्थवश

न ही किसी भय के कारण

मैं बागी हो गया हूं

मेरा मन बागी हो गया है!!

देख रहा हूं कि मेरे आसपास

बूढ़ा प्रजातंत्र घूम रहा है उदास

गुंडों के खौफ से

चुप्पी साधे जमीन पर लोट रहा है

त्यागकर जीवन की आस

अरमानों का गला घोंट रहा है

खून का कतरा कतरा बहाकर

मिली हुई जनता की आज़ादी

फिर से काले अंग्रेजों की

भेंट चढ़ गई है

सियासतदानों के पौ बारह हैं

रियासत की ही मुश्किलें बढ़ गई हैं

मुझे राम राज्य का नहीं पता

मुझे तो सिर्फ इतना ही ज्ञात है

कि जनता से बढ़कर कोई नहीं है

जनता दुखी है ये तो बुरी बात है

राजतंत्र के पूरे हो चुके हैं दिन

कभी लौटने वाले नहीं हैं

अब तो जनता ही फैसला लेगी

शिक्षा स्वास्थ्य सड़क बिजली

पानी की व्यवस्था किस तरह से होगी?

नहीं है अभाव कोई मेरे देश में

शस्य श्यामला इस धरती पर

प्रकृति दत्त प्रचुर संसाधन हैं

किसान कर्मठ श्रमवीर हैं

फिर कैसा है यह माहौल व डर?

अपने किरदार को निभाने के लिए

हर किसान/मजदूर को

सामने आना होगा

पूंजीपतियों और दबंगों को

अपना बर्चस्व दिखाना होगा

यह धरती किसी एक की बपौती नहीं

इस पर सबका समान अधिकार है

है यह सबकी माता

इस मिट्टी से हर किसी को प्यार है

कुछ करूं मैं भी अपने देश की खातिर

ऐसी तमन्ना अब दिल में जागी है

छोड़ो अब अन्याय और भेदभाव

ऐ मेरे वतन के रहनुमाओं

मैं भी बागी हो गया हूं

ये दिल भी मेरा बागी है!!

rebel mind

neither out of selfishness
nor for fear
i have rebelled
My mind has rebelled!!
looking around me
Old democracy is roaming sad
in fear of goons
rolling on the ground silently
giving up hope of life
strangling dreams
shedding a drop of blood
freedom of the people
black British again
has been gifted
Politicians have twelve
The problems of the princely state have increased

I don’t know about Ram Rajya
that’s all i know
that there is no one greater than the public
People are unhappy this is a bad thing
The days of monarchy are over
never gonna return
Now only the public will decide
education health road electricity
How will the water arrangement be done?

There is no lack in my country
crop brunette on this earth
Nature’s resources are abundant resources
farmers are hard workers
Then how is this atmosphere and fear?
to play your role
To every farmer/labourer
have to appear
capitalists and tyrants
show your dominance

This earth does not belong to any one
everyone has the same right
this is the mother of all
everyone loves this soil
I should also do something for the sake of my country
Such a wish has now awakened in the heart
Quit injustice and discrimination now
O lords of my country
I have rebelled too
This heart is also my rebel!!
